Meditation Groups Nanaimo Saturday 10:00 - noon. The Nanaimo Buddhist Meditation Group at Buddha House, during the pandemic we started holding our practice online, and we ended up liking it enough to continue that way even after the restrictions were lifted. We follow the practices and traditions of Thich Nhat Hanh's Plum Village, but people from other traditions are welcome. Folks can contact us through our main email address: [email protected]. Island Dharma meets at the Rotary Fieldhouse, 850 Third Street, Nanaimo, when resident teacher Dr. Cheryl Fraser is available. Classes include a 30 minute meditation and an hour Dharma Talk.
